To describe Emmy as mainstream and conventional is far from correct or perhaps, even a fallacy. Her non-conformist style and individualistic fashion sense transpires through her Tumblr and the music she listens to. Attributed to her distinct preference on music, she met a group of people on Last.fm. From there, she contributed her writings in killedincars and junkmedia. Perhaps it’s a no brainer that her taste in music reflects her unique interpretation of fashion. Besides that, she was lucky to spend some time with Hana Tajima, the designer of Maysaa.

This fashion design student from Raffles Design Institute is one of many who captured the lens of Yvan Rodic, The FaceHunter. Having a style that is far from girly, Eka used to be an Editor for an online magazine that shouts out edginess and individuality- known as SiegMagazine. Although this magazine is no longer running, she continues to strive for her passion for fashion. Surely, this fashionista will give us more to talk about in the near future.

Melle is a jane of all trades. She reads law, writes fashion and does a bit of theater in University. This fashionista wrote for TANGS Malaysia as their featured fashion blogger. The article which was entitled ‘Being Bold’ is a manifestation of her style and her take on fashion. She also had the chance to help with designers, Nik Erwan and Hatta Dolmat’s collection for MIFW 2010. What is so inspiring about Melle is that eventhough she is busy with her law classes, she finds time to be the author of her own mind when it comes to style and fashion.
